Printing Warranty
We-Publish.com warrants that all finished books printed by us and/or our printing
suppliers shall conform to the quality standards of NPES, the leading provider of standards for the
the U.S. printing industry.
The author shall have the opportunity to preview and approve an electronic proof
and a printed proof of the cover and the inside content of the book being published. The
submission requirements of We-Publish.com set forth the conditions and process for making
corrections and changes to the content and cover of the book being published.
Once a printed proof has been approved by the author, the publisher and the
publisher's printing supplier shall have no responsibility for the content, including spelling and
punctuation errors, missing, incorrect or incomplete information in the text or the cover of the
finished book. The publisher and the publisher's printing supplier shall be responsible
to assure that the finished printed copies of the author's book shall faithfully represent the
likeness of the proof copy as approved and signed off by the author before printing
began.
If the formatting or trim size (± 1/4") of the books are not as approved by the
author, the publisher's printing supplier shall replace the books that do not meet the
requirements. In order for books printed by We-Publish.com to be considered for replacement
under this warranty, the author must notify We-Publish.com by E-Mail at: editor@mail.we-publish.com within 7
calendar days after receipt of any books that the author considers defective. The procedure to
replace books that do not meet the approved formatting or trim size (± 1/4"), is a follows:

Author must provide proof of formatting or trim size error by scanning and
attaching scanned image to an E-Mail sent to: editor@mail.we-publish.com. The
author shall also explain why he/she believes the condition is a formatting or trim size
error.

We-Publish.com and our printing suppliers shall be the sole judge as to
whether the information provided is sufficient to warrant replacement of the books in
question.

If the conditions warrant replacement, the author shall be authorized to
return the covers of the books in question (prepaid) to We-Publish.com at the
address supplied by We-Publish.com up on request. Click Here to request return address

We-Publish.com's printing supplier shall reprint and replace every copy for
which a cover is returned, without any cost to the author. We-Publish will pay for ground
shipment to return the replacement copies to the author. Neither We-Publish.com nor its
printing suppliers shall be under any obligation to pay for any faster shipping
method to return replacement copies.
Changes requested by the author in content, including spelling and punctuation
errors, missing, incorrect or incomplete information in the text or the cover of the finished book,
as well as colors, shades, tones, placement of art work, and text on the cover require a correction
fee of $75.00.
In short run printing, such as We-Publish.com provides to our authors, where
production runs vary from 1-2 copies to a few hundred copies, there is inherent variability in
color, trim size and finishes of covers and the printed inside pages. Neither
We-Publish.com nor our printing suppliers can be responsible for variations in cover finish caused
by artwork provided by the author. For example, artwork that presents extreme variations in color
and texture may produce blotchy results, using short run production methods.
We-Publish.com and our printing suppliers shall be the sole judge as to whether the variability in
colors, trim size and or finishes on the covers or the printed inside pages fall within the
tolerances allowed by the NPES Printing Standards.
Printers and publishers who produce thousands of copies in a run have the luxury of
more precise equipment that produces more controllable outcomes in the printing process. The
cost of set-up and operation of such equipment runs into thousands of dollars and requires the
printing of much larger quantities of books to make production as economical as the processes that
We-Publish.com uses.
Should the author determine that he/she is unhappy with the perceived
quality of one or more books that they or a client of theirs has received, We-Publish.com
provides the following procedure to replace the book or books in question:

The author or purchaser of the book or books in question shall ship the
book or books (prepaid) to We-Publish.com at the address supplied by We-Publish.com
up on request. Click Here to request return
address.

The quality review manager shall make a determination regarding the quality
of the books returned and shall either replace the books or return the books to the person
making the complaint, depending on the findings of the manager. If the books are
to be replaced, We-Publish.com will pay for the return shipping and replace the books FREE
of charge. If the quality problem does not warrant replacement, and the person
sending the book in wants the book returned, they must send a payment by PayPal to cover
the shipping charges to have the book returned.

Neither We-Publish.com nor its printing suppliers shall be under
any obligation to pay for any faster shipping method than that used for the original
shipment, to return replacement copies.
There is NO OTHER provision for replacement of books under the warranty
provisions of We-Publish.com than those stated above.
If a person buys any other type of merchandise and finds fault with it after
receiving it, the manufacturer always requires that the merchandise be returned in order to
be evaluated and reserves the right to repair or replace the merchandise.
